EXOBASIS: accountable work, practical results
EXOBASIS plans, organises and maintains your preparations as one connected assignment. A member of our team will be your point of contact. We agree what you want to achieve, the work required and the decisions that remain yours. From a single document to an established base abroad, the measure is what you can actually use.
Start with the work you actually need
You may need a complete family departure plan. You may already know that the missing piece is an accepted residence application, usable banking or a home ready for your arrival. Both are valid starting points.
A free 20-minute orientation call helps establish fit and the appropriate assignment. If you need a considered assessment of your situation, the personal expert consultation is a separate paid service: a prepared 60-minute conversation about your questions, options and next decisions. A defined practical task can be commissioned directly through our services.
We begin with the preparations and advisers you already have. Useful work stays in place. The first task is to identify the gaps that matter to your family, rather than sell you the same preparation twice.

Know the result, responsibilities and costs before you commit
Your proposal describes the work, the intended result, your contribution and the information needed to begin. For a document assignment, that might be obtaining a specified certificate, completing the agreed authentication steps and delivering it for its stated use. For a larger assignment, it is a sequence of connected results.
EXOBASIS fees, professional mandates, official charges, travel and continuing costs are shown separately. Funds transferred, a rental deposit or the price of a property remain your capital commitments. Additional work and expenditure are agreed before they proceed. The proposal and service and contract terms establish the terms of your assignment.

One point of contact, with the right people doing the work
Your assignment is managed by EXOBASIS. Your designated team contact keeps tasks, questions and results connected. We carry out research, planning, organisation, agreed technical setup and continuing care. When legal, tax or local professional work is needed, we organise the appropriate contribution.
A property purchase, for example, can involve defining your needs, arranging a search and viewings, commissioning independent title and purchase checks, coordinating completion and organising handover. The local lawyer, notary and other professionals perform their respective functions. We connect that work to your intended use and the approvals you need to give.
You know who is commissioned, who can decide and who needs your signature. Existing advisers can remain involved. Banks and authorities make their own acceptance decisions; we prepare the procedures and follow outstanding steps through to the agreed handover.

Who is responsible for what
- EXOBASIS
- Manages your assignment, coordinates the work and checks the agreed results.
- Specialists
- Deliver the legal, tax or local professional work specifically commissioned.
- Authorities and institutions
- Make decisions on their procedures, acceptance and own products.
Where you need your own contract with a bank, insurer or professional, that relationship stays clear. Collaboration for advisers and specialist providers explains the separate professional role.
Larger assignments move through clear stages
A country decision may have to precede a residence application. A receiving account may need to be accepted before a transfer. Property purchase checks belong before a binding commitment. We organise the order so that one task does not undermine another.
Each stage has an agreed scope, payment arrangement and result. At a decision point, you receive the information needed to authorise the next work. If a finding changes the plan, we explain the practical consequence, the available choices and any additional cost before continuing.

A handover you can use
You receive the completed work, the evidence behind it and the instructions needed to use it. A document handover identifies the originals and their intended recipient. A banking handover records the accepted account and the access actually tested. An accommodation handover identifies the booking or contract, keys and arrival arrangements.
Outstanding matters remain visible with the responsible person and next action. If a residence application is awaiting a decision, you receive its submission and follow-up record. When a permission is granted, its validity and conditions become part of your preparation. You can see exactly where you stand without reconstructing months of correspondence.

Keep the option usable while life moves on
Passports expire, children acquire different needs, banks change terms and properties need attention while you are away. Through ongoing preparation and maintenance, we agree what is checked, when it is checked and which corrections we carry out.
The work may include renewal follow-up, access tests, contact checks or a commissioned local inspection. You receive the findings and completed actions. A new country, a different family arrangement or a major new purchase becomes a defined additional task.

Agree support before you need to activate it
If you want help carrying out a plan when a specified situation occurs, we define that support in advance: who can call it into action, how identity is confirmed, which contact windows apply, who provides cover and what spending can be authorised. Calling on an already agreed readiness arrangement requires an emergency plan created or checked by EXOBASIS and ongoing care with agreed readiness. A new support assignment, including emergency assistance, is agreed for its specific task and the preparatory work it needs.
Activation and emergency coordination connects that agreement to the people and providers required for the case. Staffed response windows and specialist acceptance must be confirmed in that assignment. Existing clients use their agreed contact route.

The next practical step
The personal departure and contingency plan joins family, destination, money and business preparation into one sequence. For a smaller task, choose the relevant service. Discretion and protected collaboration explains how detailed personal information enters the work.
